Protest disruptions largely limited to two ports, no impact at LA-Long Beach
Cargo operations at West Coast ports returned to normal Tuesday after Occupy movement protests shut down operations at some terminals in Oakland and Portland the day before but largely fizzled out without disruptions at larger ports.
