Sadly, another dockworker death this week has been reported in the Courier-Mail:
A worker has died after being crushed by a shipping container that fell on him while he was transferring it at the Port of Brisbane.
Police said the man died this afternoon after some form of a large bucket fell on him about 2.20pm while he was loading goods from a barge to a ship.
He was to be transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital but an emergency services spokesperson said he died on the way.
Police and Workplace Health and Safety are investigating.
