ncluded in the funding is $25,500,000 for the Grays Harbor Terminal 4 Expansion & Redevelopment Project in Aberdeen.
The local project includes construction of an additional 50,000 feet of rail to accommodate trains; railcar storage; the repurposing of a 50-acre brownfield site; access and roadway improvements; replacement of some marine terminal systems; and other improvements.
