President and VP of commission step back from roles
Patricia Patrick-Joling, the most recent president of the Port of Newport’s board of commissioners, has resigned her position on the board, effective on Tuesday, May 1. Patrick-Joling said Tuesday that increased business and family requirements over the last few months have made it “difficult for me to give 100 percent to the port.”
