A 3.5-magnitude earthquake Wednesday near the Port of Hueneme, California, caused no apparent damage, and cargo handling was proceeding normally, according to spokesperson Will Berg.
The U.S. Geological Survey said Wednesday the earthquake occurred at 4:44 a.m. about seven miles west of the Port of Hueneme near the Channel Islands.
