R. Jay Allen
Allen is a partner with Stone Troger-Allen Investment, a private real estate developer and investment company in Stockton, and has served on the Port Board for the past five years.
Recently, the port has attracted more than $2.5 billion in private capital investment. The port has experienced back-to-back record setting years in regards to ship traffic and is positioning itself for future growth by currently focusing on infrastructure improvements.
