Randa Coniglio, Port of San Diego CEO
The port’s Board of Commissioners is scheduled Thursday to finalize the appointment of Coniglio, currently the executive vice president for operations, to replace Wayne Darbeau, who was ousted last July.
Coniglio, who was initially hired by the port 15 years ago as a senior asset manager in the Real Estate Department, is now in line to become the port’s first female chief executive.
