VT Halter Marine has delivered the M/V Marjorie C combination container and roll-on / roll-off (ConRo) vessel to Honolulu-based Pasha Hawaii. The Marjorie C ConRo vessel was designed by Uljanik Shipyard in Croatia and built by VT Halter Marine. Courtesy of Pasha Hawaii.
Marjorie C will join its sister ship M/V Jean Anne, also built by VT Halter Marine, to provide services in the Mainland / Hawaii trade lane.
The new 692ft-long vessel is equipped with a 350 metric tonne ramp. It has a container capacity of 1,400TEUs and an automobile capacity of 1,100 units.
It can accommodate all sizes and types of containers and rolling cargo. The vessel’s onboard cranes will enable Pasha Hawaii to call ports and manage containers without onshore gantry cranes.
