The two ships, the “Hanjin Rotterdam” and the “Hanjin Seattle,” were built by Hyundai Samho Heavy Industries.

The vessels are equipped with fuel-efficient engines that can reduce fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. They are 1,099 feet long by 139 feet wide and have a top speed of 25.2 knots.

The latest deliveries come after the South Korean carrier took delivery last month of a new 10,000-TEU ships that it plans to deploy on the Asia-Europe trade lane.
