Bunge North America said Friday that it has completed its previously announced purchase of the rice milling business of Pacific International Rice Mills LLC, a subsidiary of St. Louis-based Anheuser-Busch Inc., for an undisclosed amount.
Pacific International Rice Mills produces bulk and packaged milled rice for domestic and export markets. The mill, which has about 65 employees, is located in Woodland, Calif., outside Sacramento and supplies food service, food processing and export channels.
