Port of Los Angeles Harbor Commissioners voted to go forward on two major port community projects but held off putting more money into a fund created to help settle a dispute over plans to redevelop the TraPac marine terminal.
… At the request of Commissioner Joe Radisich, the commission delayed a vote on transferring more than $4 million into a mitigation fund created under a separate settlement that ended the appeal of the TraPac final EIR.
